Cassie is a registered yoga teacher, as well as a licensed mental health counselor, certified mindfulness coach, and Usui Reiki master. She affirms the mind-body-spirit connection as the foundation of all healing practices, and strives to create an inclusive, non-judgmental space for others to explore their material and access their deepest healing capacities. Cassie found a deeper connection with yoga philosophy and practices after her mother passed away. She went on to complete her 200-hour yoga teacher training, and holds additional certifications in trauma-informed yoga and yoga nidra. She is passionate about the many ways in which the practice of yoga (on and off the mat) supports well-being and integration on all levels.
Cassie is an avid adventure-seeker who enjoys hiking, maintaining her own personal yoga practice, and spending time with her family. She also spends regular, intentional time practicing svadhyaya (self-study) through journaling and meditation. Cassie looks forward to practicing with you!
