Iajahnni Von
Yoga Teacher
Iajahnni first encountered yoga in 1998 as part of his dance training at Western Kentucky University. This initial experience laid the foundation for his personal practice, focusing on how the body can heal and express itself through movement. In 2014, he transitioned from student to teacher, earning his 200-hour yoga certification through Harmony Therapeutic Yoga with Shanda Packard.
Over the years, Iajahnni’s teaching style has evolved. Initially emphasizing strength and flexibility with classes like “Increasing Strength and Flexibility with Asana” and “Runner's Yoga,” he gradually shifted toward a more restorative and mindful approach. From 2012 to 2021, he led “White Light Yoga” at BG Parks & Rec, integrating healing modalities such as guided meditation, Reiki, MCKS Pranic Healing, and crystal healing.
Iajahnni’s intuitive teaching style is centered on the unique needs of his students. “What I teach wholly depends on who shows up for class that day,” he says, crafting each session in the moment to support the goals of those present.
Iajahnni is honored to join the Nightingale community and looks forward to sharing the practice of yoga with you.
