Pharann Hoffman
Founder, Sound & Massage Therapist, Yoga Teacher
Pharann Hoffman, the founder and owner of The Nightingale Studio, has been passionate about natural healing from an early age. As a child, her mother would often ask her to place her hands on her, remarking that her touch felt therapeutic. While it may have seemed whimsical at the time, those early experiences sparked a lifelong curiosity about holistic wellness and the body's innate ability to heal.
Her mother further nurtured this interest by introducing her to books on spiritual practices, meditation, energy work, and hypnosis—planting seeds of knowledge and inspiration that would eventually blossom. After high school, she enrolled at Western Kentucky University (WKU) to pursue nursing, aspiring to serve others through conventional medicine. However, even as she excelled academically and earned a spot on the Dean's List, she recognized that many practices within modern medicine didn't always align with her vision of healing.
This realization prompted a bold decision to move across the country and study bodywork and holistic therapies at the Denver School of Massage Therapy. There, she discovered that massage therapy was more than a profession—it was a way of life. Over the years, she has deepened her expertise through certifications in orthopedic massage, myoskeletal alignment, Thai massage, sports massage, sound and vibrational healing, and yoga.
At The Nightingale Studio, Pharann integrates a variety of tools and techniques to create personalized healing experiences for her clients. Each session reflects her belief that true healing nurtures both the body and the soul.
Her philosophy of positivity and self-affirmation is reflected in the words of Brené Brown: “Talk to yourself like you would to someone you love.”
